ALLSKILLS International is proud to announce the launch of Teach in Australia programme for 2011in the Philippines. Teach in Australia is a bridging course to assist overseas trained school teachers in the areas of mathematics and science to become job ready for Australian schools.

The programme is an intensive 12 weeks of study and classroom practice covering school education policy, practice, pedagogy, curriculum, assessment, administration and jargon. The focus will also include cultural challenges, the latest thinking, research and government initiatives. Participants will shadow master teachers in their classes, undertake a formal teaching practicum, and have the opportunity to discuss Australian education with leading educationalists, researchers, administrators and class room teachers.

The Teach in Australia programme will include an employment placement service backed by one-on one mentoring of participants on career strategy resume writing, employer expectations and mock interviews.  Teach in Australia Programme will be co-ordinated by Mr Greg Black the former head of Australia’s technology and education corporation and Director General of Education and Training in two Australian states.

The Teach in Australia Programme is a bridging course that will equip you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to win a teaching position in an Australian school.

We will support you to successfully complete your registration to work in Australia as a teacher.  This 12 week intensive programme will actively assist you to find the right job and help develop your resume, job applications and interview technique.  The programme is currently focussed on mathematics and science teachers.
