• Pre-arranging accommodation facilities whether temporary or permanent
• Meeting and greeting at the airport
• Transfering to the pre-arranged accommodation
• Assistance in settling-in and providing a SETTLEMENT ORIENTATION PACK
• Introduction to the Filipino community nearest their area
• Provide on-going guidance, and support
• Enrolment assistance to school aged dependants
